- No refund will be given for cancellation made less than 48 hours of the room reservation date and time. Amount will not be adjusted with subsequent reservation.
- For cancellation made before 48 hours of the room reservation date and time, no refund will be made. But the amount will be adjusted with subsequent reservation made as per availability of the rooms within the same financial year. If the subsequent reservation falls in the next financial year, 10% cancellation charge will be levied.
- If a guest/customer wishes to move the dates forward after reservation is made, then the request must be made at least 48 hours before the original reservation date and time within the same financial year. The guest will be allotted the new dates as per the availability of the rooms. In this case a 10% re-reservation charge will be levied.
- If a guest/customer wishes to move the dates backward after reservation is made, then the request must be made at least 240 hours (10 days) before the original reservation date and time within the same financial year. This implies that the reservation must have been made at least 11 days before the reserved dates. In this case, the guest will be allotted the new dates as per the availability of the rooms and a 10% re-reservation charge will be levied.
- In case of no arrival of guests, no refund shall be made and no adjustment will be made on subsequent reservation.
- Upgrading the room type after reservation is made, is solely subject to availability of the type of room the guest/customer desires to upgrade to.
- Downgrading the room type after reservation is not possible.
- No Refund is applicable in case of cancellation of special discounted offers.
- All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full booking amount will be refunded.
- Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM and Check-in time: 11:30 AM
- All Refund Transfer charges (Including Tax and Bank Charges) shall be charged from guest account, if any. No cancellation or refund for the booking during peak season and festive time periods. However, the dates are adjustable as mentioned above.
